Anna and Wayne were travelling around the continent by motorhome, stopped here and stayed. The only places they think compare are Hawaii and the Australian Gold Coast, but they are too isolated. Wayne was trained as an electrical engineer in Canada. He worked with a fantastic space satellite communications company, Teledesic LLC, as Director, Regulatory Affairs in Washington D.C. This meant representing the company's needs to various government agencies, and to foreign governments around the world. This experience helps Wayne help you, because it made him aware of the sometimes small and subtle cultural and emotional differences and needs that real people have when making a decision. He's also patient, as you can imagine, after experiencing first-hand the glacial speed of government decision-making. You won't be rushed you into a deal. His negotiating experience can come in handy. Wayne holds a California Real Estate Broker licence, and the REALTOR® designation. He is a member of the National and California Associations of Realtors, and a member of the California Desert Multipe Listing Service.
