We've had a huge inventory build-up over the last year, and it's now a buyer's market.  It's hard to believe, but median resale prices are back to where they were in 2004. 

Homes have to be priced right to attract buyers.  This is even more important if you need to sell quickly.  Check out my "Recent Sales in Palm Desert", or ask me for such a report for your community or area.

Unless you really need to sell you may want to keep your home off the market, as prices will recover in time.


So, you're thinking of selling
