Breaking Out REO Sales in Coachella Valley Area

Here is a breakdown of the number of sales of REO and non-REO in the Desert Area MLS.  Note the vertical axis represents both number of sales and median price in accordance with the legend.  The high number of REO sales and their low price dominates that overall market
