Where are we on the Case-Shiller Index?

Standard and Poors Case-Shiller Index of home prices shows the housing bubble inflation and deflation.  We don't have an CS Index for this area, but I suspect a match could be Phoenix AZ, which is also a holiday and retirement area.  I've overlayed the CS graph with our local median price, normalized to match the Phoenix CSI at its maximum value.  It's comparing apples and oranges, but it shows an interesting trend.  It looks like the CSI has dropped below the long term linear growth line (my insertion) that might show what the current value of housing should be.  That might apply to our local prices too.  If so, we are in for a rebound.
